Group Pod Classes

Our signature style of Pilates is a contemporary approach to classic Pilates techniques emphasizing form, strength and flexibility for a full body workout. Each 45-minute class will lengthen and strengthen using full size Stott studio reformers and incorporate small props such as trampolines, foam rollers, Pilates rings and small weights.

Private Session

All 45-minute private sessions are done in individual and separate rooms insuring not only an exclusively private experience but complete social distancing from other clients.  All rooms have multiple windows to allow for airflow and ventilation. Private sessions are tailored to your specific goals.  Sessions can include athletic training, pre/post natal, golf fitness, rehabilitative and professional dancers (ages 6 and up).
